Grand America Hotel- Salt Lake City, UT
My husband and I went to tea at the Grand America the other day, a favorite activity we hadn't done for a long time. It is such a beautiful hotel and a very elegant, well-priced tea (we have their delicious cocoa). We've stayed there as well and it didn't disappoint! It's also a beautiful place to have bridals or wedding photos taken- I would love to do some portraits there, so call me! LOL.

Viva Las Vegas
My husband and I don't drink, smoke or gamble, but we love a good trip to Vegas! The restaurants, the shopping, the beautiful architecture and scenery. I had a great time keeping my camera busy last weekend!

New York, New York
Nah, not the real place (I wish!). But I liked this photo from Vegas.

Sunday driving 1/30- downtown Provo
This old pharmacy caught my eye tonight while we were driving by. I'm a sucker for old buildings.

Santa Inés Mission
One of the places I visited while I was in California last month was the Santa Inés Mission. I've been to lots of the missions in California. La Purisima is closest to my hometown, but this one is in the same area. It's beautiful.

Solvang, California
This is one of the windmills in the small Danish town of Solvang, California. I hadn't been in years and was able to go last week while I was visiting my grandparents. I went with my childhood best friend. It was a beautiful, breezy day and we enjoyed lunch, browsing in the shops and eating some of the delicious pastries and cookies in the Solvang bakeries. It was wonderful!

Provo Castle Amphitheater
I'd never been here, but I finally decided to check it out. It's on the grounds of the Utah State Hospital way out on 13th East and Center. It was GORGEOUS. Next to the castle was a little pond, stream and gorgeous trees. I was in heaven! Can't wait to do a shoot there!
I couldn't resist a vintage feel for a few of the photos.
