Solvang, California
This is one of the windmills in the small Danish town of Solvang, California. I hadn't been in years and was able to go last week while I was visiting my grandparents. I went with my childhood best friend. It was a beautiful, breezy day and we enjoyed lunch, browsing in the shops and eating some of the delicious pastries and cookies in the Solvang bakeries. It was wonderful!

Alisha, what if I came to your blog and said, Eh, I don't think that shot was beautifully taken. I think it was disappointing and strange.
Would you think, "she didn't get it? she didn't get the poetry I was trying to convey?"
