Our loss

My husband and I experienced a great loss recently. We lost our first pregnancy to miscarriage. I just had a D&C a few days ago and am still healing from it. Our faith was shaken but proved to be strong, and I feel so incredibly blessed to have my husband by my side. I have great hope for the future.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too lost my first pregnancy and understand how hard it is. If you'd like to read a little about my story you can go here: http://www.nalleshouse.com/2012/01/made-with-love.html. I pray that God will be with you both and bring complete healing and comfort during this time.

I am so sorry for your loss. We too lost our first child to miscarriage. I know the pain you are going through is rough. If it helps to read about how others dealt with loss, I blogged about mine here: http://sometimesifeellikeaporcupine.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-loss-of-child.html

We now have two healthy little boys which I am truly grateful for. I pray for peace and comfort for you and your husband <3

Visiting from The Simple Things party. So sorry for your loss and I admire you for capturing this moment of working through this together as husband and wife. What a sweet photograph.
